Rates

$145.00 double occupancy

Registration

Reservations are requested.; go to our website, contact us via email or phone us to make your reservation.

Deposit

A one night’s deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation, either online or on the phone. A 50% deposit of your entire stay will be charged if your reservation is more than three nights.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made no later than 14 days prior to our arrival date. Cancellations made after 14 days, will be charged one night’s rate to your credit card. If your accommodations can be resold, a $25.00 cancellation fee will replace the one night rate cancellation mentioned above.

Refunds

No refunds are made for early departures.

Minimum Stay

No minimum stays are required, however, we reserve the right to require a 2 night minimum stay during holidays that fall on weekends.

Check In & Out

Check in time is 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm unless other arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11:00 am.

Children

The farm has electric fences to protect the angus beef therefore, we cannot accept children under 10 years of age or pets.
